Asim's Next Gig: Dec. 2nd in Asheville
See Asim Perform! Dec. 2nd, 8pm, Future of Tradition Center for Folkloric Art, Asheville NC.
After 2 years of sitting on the sidelines, and 4+ years of rarely dancing on-stage before that, baby, I'm coming back! I even dreamed about dancing this morning; that's how much I'm chomping at the bit to get up on that and rock da house. Come out, watch the show, help me kick some ass!
And of course, you'll get to see both Baraka Mundi and Awalim in action. I'm telling you that these are some of the best, and most ground-breaking, troupes in the country. This is like home turf for both troupes, so they bring out the smooth stuff for these gigs. I might be biased towards my friends, but I'm not blind at all.
